Experienced IT Support Analyst and Technical Support Manager. Proven inter-personal, team building and up front client liaison and negotiating skills. Team Manager used to interviewing, training, motivating and appraising support staff.

Specialising in databases, object oriented software technology, software testing and learning web design using MX Studio 2004 Dreamweaver and Fireworks..
